Bertrand Fortin, PFSO, PCIP, CII, ADW

Mr. Fortin is a fully bilingual security professional with more than 30 years of experience in policing, administration of investigations, risk management and enquiries.  Since leaving the Montreal City Police Service he has been actively involved in threat risk assessments for several major sea and airports as well as risk evaluations for the industrial sector nationally and internationally.  Mr. Fortin is a certified PFSO (Port Facility Security Officer) and has his PCIP (Professional Critical Infrastructure Protection) designation.  He has carried out inquiries on behalf of key clients including the Montreal Airport and the Quebec Commission of Schools.  He is a member of The Council of International Investigators and The World Association of Detectives.
